Well there is a first time for everything and blogging is a first for me. I had a hard time finding a name for my blog. I thought I would just call it Kim’s blog then decided to go with little sanctuary the Hebrew for little sanctuary is miqdash me`at. I chose this because that is what our homes are to be a little sanctuary. In the Old Testament the Hebrews used this term for their homes. Our homes should be a place where our families grow in wisdom through the teaching of God’s Word. Sadly, most believers don’t take the time to teach their own children the Word. They leave it up to the Church then when the church doesn’t do as good of a job as they would like they grumble against it and say it is not meeting their needs. When it is our responsibility to teach our children in the first place.
Well enough for now. Maybe I have more to blog about than I thought.
